Falcon Screens LLC was built on the vision of company founder Rich Antonuccio. Having surveyed the home theater screen market for years, Rich felt it was time to offer home theater enthusiasts a superior product at a superior price point. Falcon screen frames bring new meaning to the term “ease of assembly” and feature the highest quality materials and components. The acoustically transparent material will satisfy the most demanding videophile and audiophile. Falcon Vision HD™ screens carry a 1-year warranty on the screen fabric and a 10-year warranty on the frame.
Falcon Vision HD screens are sold directly through the manufacturer and through select retailers. Offering the screens directly allows Falcon Screens to keep costs low and offer screens at extremely competitive prices with no additional cost for shipping – click on the Store tab above to see. Once an order has been placed and is ready to be shipped a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent. Allow up to two weeks for shipping.
If there is any problem with a screen upon delivery or a customer is not satisfied, Falcon Screens will accept return of the screen within 30 days after receipt. The full purchase price will be refunded, provided the screen has not been damaged or shows any sign of abuse. Customers must contact Falcon Screens for a return authorization (RA) number prior to shipping the screen and the RA number must be included inside and outside of the shipping box. A refund will be issued after the returned screen has been thoroughly inspected.
If a customer has not yet received a confirmation email with a tracking number, their screen most likely has not yet shipped, and the order can be canceled by contacting Falcon Screens via email. If the order has been shipped and needs to be canceled, customers should contact Falcon Screens immediately to arrange a return.
